Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should stop using the website.
These website terms do not automatically replace the terms of a signed quotation, purchase order, supply agreement, installation agreement, maintenance contract, warranty document or other written project agreement.
Where a project-specific written agreement contains terms that differ from these general website terms, the signed or otherwise formally accepted project agreement should govern that project to the extent of the inconsistency.
Website Use
This website provides information about Dhaka Lift Solutions, elevator and lift products, installation, maintenance, repair, modernization, spare parts, sourcing, import support and related services.
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes, including researching services, reviewing general technical information and submitting an enquiry.
Access to the website does not create a supplier-customer, contractor-client, agency, partnership or other contractual relationship unless a separate agreement is accepted.
Website Information
Website content is provided for general information and project planning. Product descriptions, illustrations, specifications, dimensions, capacities, technical examples, availability and other information may change or may not apply to every lift system.
Final technical decisions should be based on the selected lift, approved drawings, actual site conditions, manufacturer documentation and the written project scope.
Dhaka Lift Solutions may correct, update, replace or remove website information when necessary.
Quotations & Pricing
Website content does not by itself constitute a binding quotation or fixed-price offer. Prices may depend on lift type, capacity, number of stops, speed, door configuration, cabin finish, controller or drive, shaft condition, installation scope, imported components, taxes, duties, shipping and other project factors.
A quotation is subject to the scope, validity period, exclusions, payment terms and other conditions stated in that quotation.
If project information changes after a quotation is prepared, Dhaka Lift Solutions may need to revise the technical scope, price or delivery assumptions.
For project-specific pricing, use the Request a Lift Quotation page.
Technical Specifications & Site Conditions
Lift dimensions, shaft requirements, pit, overhead, power, structural interfaces, door openings, capacity, speed and equipment arrangement vary by project and system.
Information supplied by the customer, consultant, architect, contractor or building owner should be accurate and complete. Where necessary, site inspection, measurement or drawing review may be required before final technical confirmation.
Dhaka Lift Solutions should not be expected to rely on inaccurate, incomplete or outdated site information where that information materially affects the project.
Orders, Acceptance & Project Contracts
Sending an enquiry, requesting a quotation or discussing a project does not by itself create a confirmed order.
An order should be treated as confirmed only when the applicable commercial and technical conditions have been accepted in the manner stated in the relevant quotation, purchase order, contract or other written agreement.
Any requested change to capacity, stops, finishes, doors, controls, imported components, scope or site requirements after confirmation may affect price, delivery, installation or other project terms.
Payment & Commercial Terms
Payment schedules, deposits, LC arrangements, bank charges, milestone payments, taxes, duties, retention, cancellation charges and other financial conditions are project-specific and should be stated in the applicable written quotation or agreement.
This website does not create a universal payment schedule, refund policy or credit term for every project.
Where payment is delayed or another agreed commercial condition is not met, any resulting action should follow the applicable written agreement and relevant law.
Customer, Building & Site Responsibilities
Depending on the project, the customer, owner, developer, contractor or other responsible party may need to provide accurate drawings, site access, structural readiness, electrical power, secure storage, permits, civil works, safe working conditions or other prerequisites identified in the project documents.
The exact division of responsibility must be taken from the relevant quotation, scope of work or signed agreement.
Delays, unsafe conditions, blocked access or incomplete site works may affect installation, testing, commissioning or service scheduling.
Imported Equipment, Sourcing & Third-Party Supply
Some lift systems, components or spare parts may be sourced from third-party manufacturers or suppliers. Brand, factory, model, certification, specification, country of origin, warranty and delivery conditions should be confirmed in the applicable project documents.
Shipping, banking, customs, LC, inspection and import requirements can involve third parties and regulatory processes outside the direct control of Dhaka Lift Solutions.
Import-related services are subject to the scope and responsibilities stated in the relevant agreement. General information on this topic is available on the China Lift Import & LC Support page.
Warranty, Maintenance & After-Sales Support
Warranty coverage is project-specific. The applicable duration, covered items, exclusions, supplier or manufacturer conditions, maintenance obligations and claim process should be read from the signed quotation, warranty document or service agreement.
This Terms & Conditions page does not create a universal manufacturer warranty or guarantee that every component, service or project has the same coverage.
For general support information, see Warranty & After-Sales Support. Formal contractual conditions should be stated on the Warranty & Service Terms page and in the relevant project documents.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, original graphics, page designs, photographs, documents and other materials created for Dhaka Lift Solutions are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
You may view and use website content for normal business research and enquiry purposes. You should not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, systematically copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party trademarks, product names, manufacturer names and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Prohibited Use
You must not use the website to:
- submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading information;
- attempt unauthorized access to the website, server or connected systems;
- introduce malicious code, automated attacks or harmful software;
- interfere with website availability or security;
- impersonate another person or organization;

Third-Party Websites, Platforms & Services
The website may link to third-party websites, maps, communication services, payment or banking services, manufacturers, suppliers or other external resources.
Dhaka Lift Solutions does not control every third-party website or service and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, security or independent commercial terms merely because a link or reference appears on this website.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dhaka Lift Solutions is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information where project-specific verification, drawings, specifications or contractual terms were required.
Any contractual liability relating to equipment supply, installation, maintenance, repair, warranty or another paid service should be determined by the applicable project agreement and mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law and any relevant written agreement, a user may be responsible for losses, claims or costs arising from unlawful website use, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent submissions or unauthorized interference with the website.
Force Majeure & Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Project timing or performance may be affected by events beyond a party's reasonable control, including transport disruption, port or customs delays, government action, regulatory changes, natural events, utility interruption, labour disruption, supplier delay or other circumstances recognized by the applicable contract or law.
The consequences of such an event, including notice, extension, suspension or termination rights, should follow the relevant project agreement.
Suspension or Termination
Dhaka Lift Solutions may restrict or suspend website access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse prevention.
Suspension or termination of a commercial project, order or service agreement is separate from website access and should follow the terms of the applicable written contract.
Privacy, Enquiry Data & Cookies
Personal information submitted through enquiries or website tools should be handled in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies should be explained in the Cookie Policy.
These Terms should be read together with those policies where they apply.
Changes to These Terms
Dhaka Lift Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions when website functions, business processes, legal requirements or commercial practices change.
The updated version should be published on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date.
Changes to website terms do not automatically amend a previously signed project contract unless the parties agree otherwise or the applicable contract or law provides for that change.
Governing Law & Disputes
Unless a project-specific written agreement states otherwise, these website Terms & Conditions are intended to be interpreted under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Contract-specific dispute resolution, jurisdiction, arbitration, notice or claim procedures should be taken from the applicable signed agreement where such terms are provided.
This clause and the rest of the page should be reviewed by qualified Bangladesh counsel before publication, particularly if these website terms are intended to form part of customer contracts.
